Viktoria Jordanovska is an experienced coach, mentor, and trainer with over 25 years in communication and human development. As founder of the Vienna International Academy of NLP, she combines neuroscience, NLP, and systemic coaching to help individuals and leaders grow.

Her diverse career includes leadership roles in multinational companies and managing international projects for organizations like the UN. Since 2014, she has worked globally from Austria and North Macedonia, focusing on unlocking human potential through a holistic coaching approach.
