Dilek Süzal is an ICF-PCC accredited and licensed career and leadership coach known for her structured yet empowering approach to career transitions. With over 20 years of international experience, she has worked with clients from Google, The World Bank Group, OSCE, Pfizer, and more. Based in Vienna, she founded Dilek Süzal Coaching and Training and coaches with SparkUs and BetterUp. She is a three-time honoree among Vienna’s Top 15 Coaches and the creator of the Career Clarity Project.
