Bastian Harth

My name is Bastian. I’m 30 years old, ACC accredited, and from Germany, though I currently live in Ireland. My main focus areas are entrepreneurship, business development, and sales.

I’m a language lover and can speak English, German, French, Japanese, and some Chinese. My passion for languages has been fueled by my experiences living and working in over 10 countries, including Japan, the UK, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Panama, through my studies, work, and travels.

Currently, I work as a Senior Strategic Advisor at DACH on LinkedIn. In my role, I’ve consistently exceeded sales targets by 150%, won the Global Sales Operations FY24 and Culture Award, and have been nominated for several top LinkedIn awards.

Academically, I have a political background, having completed both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the field. I worked in politics for three years before realizing it wasn’t the right fit. I then transitioned into sales, where I found my true passion. I now coach clients on career transitions, career breaks, and career planning. I also help salespeople exceed their targets, manage their time and routines, or transition into sales roles.
