Craig Alexander has worked in technology leadership roles for 30 years, delivering transformational change in multiple industries, geographies and cultures, all with a strong and purposeful human element.

A master’s graduate from the University of Glasgow, Craig has most recently worked in financial services, from fintechs to global banks, where his empowering leadership style has delivered significant results.

Craig’s broad experience, always centered around the people involved, dovetails well with his core passion to support others in their careers, whether at a particular point in time or for the longer term. It is from this combination of experience and personal drive that Craig started Working Circuit, his career mentoring business, in 2025.

Session description
Within the broad range of mentoring information and approaches available to support today’s workforce, who are challenged in their roles like never before, it is often the most pragmatic and straightforward support that is the most productive. Participants will learn about this approach, which is borne more out of real-life experiences than the application of methods prescribed in popular literature, how this promotes humility and clarity for mentees and see some of the results this approach can deliver.
