With over 15 years of experience in the legal and banking industries, Jane has successfully partnered with senior leadership to increase representation and inclusion for historically underrepresented groups.

She has developed and implemented global DE&I programmes, led coaching and sponsorship initiatives, and held pivotal leadership roles in major international firms. Jane holds an MBA in International Management (Hons) from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is deeply committed to supporting emerging talent.
