Sushma Banthia is a Certified Coach, Facilitator and Corporate Training Consultant based in Bangalore, India. Sushma has over 45 years of work experience, of which 25 years are in people development. She works with organisations, universities and private individuals worldwide.

Sushma is passionate about helping leaders improve their teams’ performance. She believes that coaching and mentoring have to have a holistic approach and hence she coaches the person, not the problem. Sushma has coached/mentored numerous Leaders in India and internationally.
