Renu Sachdeva is an IMC CPM Credential Holder, a life coach (ACC), psychotherapist, professional mentor (CPM), and consultant with extensive experience in evidence-based practice, built on over 25 years in people management, business strategy, and client servicing across India, UK, Singapore, and Dubai.

After leaving the corporate world in 2012, Renu established her own firm to work with individuals, teams, and groups in the areas of self-awareness and self-care, emotional regulation, work-life integration, personal and professional development, and interpersonal relationships. Her prior corporate experience includes marketing, advertising, marketing research, and strategic consulting, gained at leading firms such as TNS Kantar (WPP), Rediffusion DY&R, The Research Pacific Group, and Bennett Coleman & Company. She held senior leadership positions including Executive Director, TNS Kantar India, and Group Director, TNS Kantar UK in qualitative research and shopper insights.

Renu is also deeply committed to charitable work. She is Co-Founder of Dementia India Alliance and runs her own charitable trust supporting underprivileged groups in India. In her personal time, she enjoys painting, handicrafts, board games, yoga, and travelling.
